I’m away from home at the moment, and also away from my usual video editing setup. So here’s another short video from my phone. This one is a (wobbly) “Lumiere” looking out through the bedroom window, through the conservatory to my Mum’s garden.
I needed a video in a hurry, so here is a bit of “lumiere” I recorded in March 2008 of some hail on a window.
Another very busy day. Off to work in the morning, worked through until about 4pm then caught a train to London to attend a presentation and meet a bunch of people. I didn’t get home until just after midnight. This video is 30 seconds of view through the window of a train travelling from Ipswich to London, including a glimpse of local landmark the Orwell Bridge.
A few months ago we had our old doors and windows replaced with double-glazed units. The slightly more reflective glass and fittings confused the local bird life for a while. Today’s video is a short clip of a bluetit (“chickadee” in North America) arguing with its reflection.
